It’s no secret that Khloé Kardashian is one health nut. However, as it turns out, Kourtney Kardshian is even a bigger fitness freak than she is. In fact, Khloé admits she copies a lot of the wacky things her older sister does to stay fit.
In a new post on her app, Khloé reveals the biggest health and beauty advice she’s received from Kourtney. Whether it’s treating processed sugar like it’s a drug or some strange way to prevent signs of aging, here are their tips to healthy living. (Take it how you will.)
1. “No soda.”
“Kourtney does not allow soda in her house,” Khloé writes. “I do appreciate that and so I’ve been drinking way more water, but when I am craving a soda, I have to hide it from her, even in my own house!”

2. “All organic.”
Khloé claims Kourtney likes to rummage through her fridge and give away anything that’s not organic. Something tells us the Kardashians’ grocery bills are pretty high.

3. “No cotton pillows.”
Yeah, we’re pretty confused by this too. According to Khloé and Kourtney, “silk pillowcases will prevent wrinkles.” The girls apparently have all swapped out cotton pillowcases, giving new meaning to the term “beauty sleep.”

4. “No microwave.”
Khloé says Kourtney “does not believe” in microwaves and has gotten rid of hers.
5. Eat “Ezekiel bread.”
Named for the Bible figure Ezekiel, this bread is supposedly the only thing that he lived off of while living in the desert for two years. For Kourtney, she believes “there definitely cannot be any extra flavor in breads” and swears by this recipe as her go-to bread.

6. “No plastic.”
No, this doesn’t mean plastic surgery. For both sisters, they’ve discarded all plastic food containers from their kitchen. “Plastic is a big no-no in Kourt’s eyes and I’m a total convert now,” Khloé writes. “All my food storage containers are glass!”
